Nick graduated from University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Prior to attending law school, Nick was an educator in Clark County and has taught grades K-12. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University in Oregon in 2012, graduating with honors.
Nick has obtained a breadth of experience during his legal career, representing clients in family, civil, and criminal matters. Nick has previously held positions as a Deputy District Attorney and as a CAP attorney with the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada, representing children removed from their care providers due to abuse or neglect. He now primarily focuses his practice on construction defect and premises liability litigation.
