Mr. Gaspar obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1997. He went on to obtain his Masters of Business Administration from Cal Poly in 1998 where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Mr. Gaspar earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in 2001, graduating cum laude.
Since 2001, Mr. Gaspar has mainly focused on all aspects of the practice of construction law, including construction defect litigation, construction disputes, liens, and transactional matters such as the negotiation and drafting of various construction related agreements. As an associate and then partner of a well-respected Southern California firm, Mr. Gaspar worked closely with some of the largest developers and general contractors.
Mr. Gaspar has been a licensed attorney in California since 2002 and in Nevada since 2007. In 2010, he relocated to Las Vegas where he continued his California and Nevada construction law practice. In 2014, he joined the firm's Las Vegas office and he continues to actively practice law in Nevada and California.
